RE:These are not "normal" timesNot a bad time to offer the drill crews a little overtime and keep things moving forward. If offered the choice between working and making some extra money or going home to self quarintine I think most would choose to keep working and earning a paycheck as long as their families are healthy and safe. The sparsly populated north may be a good place to wait this out.
