RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:BankruptcyAs we have seen, it only takes a few natives to stop the country in its tracks.  The vast majority of natives may wish to see projects go ahead, but not at the risk of violating the rights of concerned individuals.  Their system of government is somewhat "undefined" if I may unstate the obvious.
