*** BEWARE OF ATS *** THEY WANT TO FK ALL WORKERS !!!NO AID!As a follow up to our previous communication, we have outlined additional guidance and details below regarding operational changes effective tomorrow, Wednesday, March 18th. Groups Impacted: Those employees restricted to 36 hour work weeks within Systems Assembly & Integration as well as REM Production (This applies to primarily shop floor groups and activities) Shifts will span 2 work Periods (P): o P1 Monday through Wednesday, 36 hr workweek o P2 Thursday through Saturday, 36 hr workweek o Team Members will alternate Periods - i.e. 2 weeks P1, followed by 2 weeks P2 Hours of Work o Start times will be flexible between 6am and 7am o 12 hour shifts, no shift premiums applied o No overtime will be permitted or approved Topping up Hours o Employees are able to top up their hours to a maximum of 40 hours per week using existing TOIL and/or vacation pay. o In addition, employees transitioning to this shift rotation will also have a top up of 60 hours added to their TOIL banks. Should employees decide to pull from these additional hours for top up purposes, they will be required to pay back this time (by working additional hours) before the end of the calendar year. Eating Periods and Breaks o During this interim period employees will be eligible for a 15 minute break in the morning, a 30 minute lunch or eating period and another 15 minute break. All eating periods and breaks will be paid. o Break times and lunch will be as follows: 9 am. 15 minute break 12 pm 30 minute lunch break 3:30 pm 15 minute break
