Topping up Hours o Employees are able to top up their hours to a maximum of 40 hours per week using existing TOIL and/or vacation pay. o In addition, employees transitioning to this shift rotation will also have a top up of 60 hours added to their TOIL banks. Should employees decide to pull from these additional hours for top up purposes, they will be required to pay back this time (by working additional hours) before the end of the calendar year.
