Are the FN & Chiefs self containing themselfs during this Covid 19 or does the Treaty and Rights protect them from that too ????? What happen to all the rail blockades - why not add that to the problems were dealing with today ???? WOW !!!!! .......Times have changed my FN & Chief friends - O YAYA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
