Positive conference call

Positive conference call

Usually PHO releases earnings for the first quarter around the beginning of May, so we can expect another conference call in about 6 weeks. Based on the conference call today the numbers should be good. So far the company doesn’t appear to be negatively impacted by covid 19 virus issues. No customers have cancelled orders to date. They had increased inventory in Q4 to deal with the increasing backlog so it doesn’t appear that they will have any difficulty meeting orders. As most operating expenses are in U.S.dollars the company is likely to see an increase in margins due to the Canadian dollar falling.

Overall I found the conference call to be positive and am continuing to hold. My main concern is that a larger player tries to buy it out while the market isn’t properly valuing the company.
