yah, i might be a bit off on the timing of fracker demise. I mean in 6 month time we would start hearing some news on smaller fracker failings.  The mid size and those with hedges will be 12 months away.  The oil war won't eliminate all shale frackers, a few large players will survive.  Surviving the next 12 months for canadian oil producers is the key.

Yes, some of the scheme is coming unravelled and the public is becoming more aware of it but I think your 6 month time frame is a bit hopeful. I am thinking that shale production starts to decline in the 4th Q of 2020 and the bankruptcy wave really starts to take over in the 2nd Q of 2021. The frackers still have a lot of fans--mom and apple pie and all that you know.
