It has now been announced that AD cannot hold the dividend on this basis, it could / cannot hold it.
It is also paid quarterly. Many of their partners had to stop doing business. This is very bad news for us!
Greatings from Germany

For now, it looks like they have 70% of the businesses still running. So the dividend will likely be something like $0.30 quarterly for now.

Payments from the business that are closed will keep accruing, so they might get them later on and increase the dividend back up.

With the current low book value of AD, it's priced for at least 40% of their investments being worth nothing.

Going forward, imo, they won't increase the dividend back to what it was and stick it closer to 80%. So I expect when the economy picks back up that the dividend will be $.35 quarterly.
