D-BOX : PROMPTED BY MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS TO UNLOCK VALUE

D-BOX : PROMPTED BY MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS TO UNLOCK VALUEI have just got a clip that 2 major shareholders have asked the Board of Directors back in December 2019 to unlock shareholders' value.  They were forecasting a few months to have some announcement.  With a share price almost to trigger a delisting, I anticipate that some news will come out shortly.  Also, how can such a company hold an Annual Meeting of Shareholders in August 2020?  I have written the following e-mail to company insiders, wondering if they will dare to reply to me.

Mr. David Montpetit / Mr. Steve Li

I am dumbfounded as to how a public company can be allowed to trade at $0.04, without the fate of going bankrupt?

D-BOX has a 52-weeks HIGH/LOW share price of $0.18 - $0.03, which is appalling.

It would serve no purpose to proceed to a share roll-back with the current 175 million float, market capitalization of nearly $7M.

Massive buying of DBO shares by company insiders indicates undoubtedly that talks are ongoing about the company's future.

Echelon Partners' Managing Director Rob Goff's $0.25 target price appears to be the highest possible return for shareholders given current financial status.

Hoping that D-BOX will end in a positive way.

Minority shareholder
D-Box Technologies Inc.
