RE:Stock Melt Down...All this talk by MW of going private, Torstar could sell VertigoScope for, I dont know...$125 million or more?  Use the funds and the existing $100 million in cash and buyout existing B shareholders (excluding Prem Watsa) and bada bing, bada boom -  225/30 = $7.5 per share. There it is in a nutshell.  ;0)
