RE:RE:QUESTION WORTH THINKING ABOUTI wouldnt worry too much about sales. I stocked up at a Tokyo Smoke store and am now making my regular purchases on the OCS website. It's actually cheaper than at the store. I'm assuming most people are doing the same.

When the federal gov't announced that it was closing its borders to non-citizens, the agricultural industry lobbied hard regarding foreign workers. In the wine industry in Niagra, the foreign workers (mostly from Jamaica) are needed right now to do the pruning.
The federal gov'y announced late last week that they were exempting foreign workers that were necessary for the agricultural industry as they realized it's importance. I can't see them allowing any crops (including pot to rot). You could argue that medical pot is an essential product.
What I would be concerned with is the lack of sales and massive inventory buildups. As people are sheltered, the only way to get it is online, which does not have a great history. Canopy has closed most of their Tokyo Smoke shops (23) but some are still open in Toronto and Oshawa. I'm not sure how long that may last.
If there's a silver lining, is that this will excelerate the survival rate of the few good pot companies like Canopy that will be left standing.

We are seeing many States now moving to. "shelter in place" orders. I don't think Canada, and in specific, Ontario will be too far behind in issuing this order. If this were to happen, what happens to all the needed tending to mj crops now in production? Loss of that crop??
