Dont have an opinion on Force Majeur. Pesonally I'd be more worried about western governments physically confiscating the contents of that countiries safety deposit boxes. I'm tempted to empty my bullion from my box , but that obviously implies security problems at home. Perhaps its time dig a hole in the back garden.
