RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:CVR MEDICAL CORPOldmule, you know that and I know that.....
I was just trying to simplify it for XTR .....  there have been many words written and spoken but ultimately we were suspended because the company and Global couldn’t/wouldn’t answer certain questions asked by the TSX; that is still the case and it doesn’t matter what other issues we discuss (and there’s are many inter-related) the first job for the executives of Medical is to get us back trading again and the very least that has to happen to achieve that is to answer the TSX’s questions. Yes, it is not as simple as that because 1/ the TSX might not like the answers. 2/ the TSX might take action against directors who they believe have failed in their fiduciary duty and 3/ To trade again we will need to demonstrate that we are solvent and have a financial plan for the foreseeable future and that will be very hard to do if Global shove US$5m of bills on Medicals desk ...... imagine trying to sell that placing? Oh, and don’t forget that you can’t do a placing whilst under a CTO so Medical will need to loan 5m+ just to get trading again ..... does that sound viable to you?
Go safe all.
