RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Alternative strategy for the weekGold is also a hedge against systemic risk - one of the reasons that all (yup, all) billionaires own gold.  Most equity fund managers do not understand gold.  However, there are a number of wall street analysts / strategists who understand gold very well - e.g. Art Cashin, Peter Boockvar, ....

With the exception of the U.S. dollar (reserve status), the price of gold is at or near all time in every other currency.
