Regardless of when CL starts mining again and it will for sure just a matter of when. If they mine it all out in a few years or right out to projected 2028.
Only about 115 Million U LBS left to mine at Cigar Lake according to the report out to 2028.
World needs 2 + Billion LBS of U from now to April of 2030. Cigar Lake makes up less than 6 % of requirements over the next 10 years. Sorry the Kazaks do not have enough LBS in the ground even if they give it away.
Nexgen, Fission, UEX and the others are years away from LBS going from a mine into a drum, into a truck, processed and into a Nuclear power Plant.
Spot price, even though an irrelevant number will be going up as well as LT. A mathematical certainty.
