Sorry to hear about your two bandwagon ankles getting whipsaw twisted.
As for Sernova, the company had to issue something even though it is one of their precious news bullets. Unfortunately, the reaction
followed historical norms with
"Sell the News" even with the general markets being super buoyant.
Today's close at 11.5 cents on 487k (28k Germany;
"Heinz 57k" 
USA) could easily have been one thin dime save for a 1,000 share trade with Instinet (013) the buyer at 11.5 cents. Luckily and oddly, 001 and 002 helped in the alternate exchanges to keep the price at 11.5 cents. ITG (014) stepped in for the last two trades. They started to buy very recently and are the new kid on the
I own Sernova Shares Block.
Funny how the big seller for the day seems to rotate. Today it was CIBC (079)... was it just some shareholder selling because he expected something different, or was it the ongoing game that seems to be playing for the last couple of years?
I believe that we shareholders will have to be super patient until something very positive happens and which is alluded to in today's "2020 Update". When this happens, like Bellus (BLU - TSX) and Trillium (TRIL - TSX), BOOM and BOOM... their share prices went from nothing to something almost over night.
When, you might ask... I have no idea, but my gut suggests sooner than next Autumn. Today's news says The (FDA) Pouch is doing very well in more than one cohort and there is lots else other than the FDA trial on the go. This suggests considerable behind the scenes activity that we know nothing about...
