When is the next update due from the Monitor? If memory serves me they have to report back to the court every two months (the last report being 18 Feb)?

Besides working as capital markets advisor for Nemaska, he is also the Chairman of Vision Lithium (was Sirmac when part of Nemaska). He was the original vendor (owner) of the Whabouchi property before selling to Nemaska in 2009. I think that Nemaska is still the largest shareholder of Vision Lithium with approx 15% holding?

With regards to why it is important that he has got an extension from the courts prior to lodging a claim, we can only surmise he has strong reasons to wait to see what offers are available prior to making a decision on a claim? My own feeling is that he had a lot of history with GB, and would most like have been in agreement with him in the previous direction of NMX. Does he know something (insider) that we don't, in particular about Pallinghurst (they still state on their website they are in negotiations)?

ALL CONJECTURE OF COURSE.... ;-)

March 30, 2020 is the deadline for Signature of NDA's by Prospective Bidders and April 17, 2020 5 PM Submission of non-binding LOIs (SISP sealed bids). VC will only know of bids once PwC, BofD, review committee and secured creditors review same.

Result of SISP bids will be part of PwC Monitor's motion to the court and exhibits/records sealed. It is very important for shareholders to attend court hearings to listen to lawyers representing clients. Some details of sealed documents are discussed.
