im under the impression.. and this is obviously pure conjecture....
The Moosehead and Sproutly JV will formulate a drink menu from Caliber Strains. Sproutly will have their own stand alone bevies... with perhaps their own Caliber cannabis and perhaps import other top shelf strains for their drink formulations.
Sproutly will licence out access to the APP formula. This is the ingredient-water soluble strain specific cannabinoids along with Strain specific Bio-oil- that will dominate any THC/CBD beverage/edible market.
They've got the Tech- they know it and are going to use it wisely!
