Antibe Therapeutics Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is leveraging its hydrogen sulfide (H2S) platform to develop therapies to target inflammation arising from a range of medical conditions. The Company’s pipeline includes assets that seek to overcome the gastrointestinal ulcers and bleeding associated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Its lead drug, otenaproxesul, is in clinical development as an alternative to opioids and NSAIDs for acute pain. Its second pipeline drug, ATB-352, is being developed for a specialized pain indication. The Company also focuses on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Otenaproxesul combines a moiety that releases hydrogen sulfide with naproxen, a non-steroidal, anti-inflammatory drug. ATB-352 is an H2S-releasing derivative of ketoprofen, a potent NSAID commonly prescribed for acute pain. Its IBD candidates are being designed to maintain the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetic properties of ATB-429.

Interesting article, thanks qwerty22, for ATE shareholders, with great results sp has no limit, we know mgnt is positioning for a partnering deal, but an anxious buyer with a chest of cash could change a high tide to a tsunami......exciting times!.........

What I recently learned is if the deal is right in the sweet spot of what pharma are looking for then the things can happen in as little as 3 months, which is good to know. From everything else I've read this is super quick but it's shortened my timelines for what is possible.

But it reminds me of a time when I was at an annual meeting in Montreal and I headed back to my hotel. I was sitting at the bar and on the other side fo some fake shrubs, the entire board of directors collected to chat ... and boy did they chat. Best beer I ever had ... hahaha !

Also, I don't think our 3rd Party testing group was all that tight lipped. Remember when we had people show up here promising that the trial would be delayed (and it was) ... couldn't tell us how they knew but they swore it would be delayed. I even had a private chat with one of those people but they didn't divulge their source.

Just saying ... you just don't know what's fact or fiction here. Mostly bull on a bullboard ... but ... you just never know. That's what makes visiting here so much fun !!!
