I think you've got your timeline wrong, go look at the s&p and it started its descent on Feb 20th. The same time that Ptq started its descent from 90c and it was already down to 82c prior to the conference call.

Secondly if they were going to do a financing they had almost a three month window to do it while the stock price was in the $1 range between Oct and Jan, don't you think they would have done it then?

There's always the possibility that they have a line of credit that they would be using for the acquisition.
