RE:300,000 shares tradedI'm quite hopeful too, but let's not forget the hubris and lack of foresight that got Predator in the problems with Brewery Creek licensing in the first place - going back to the YESAB decision :-

The First nations weren't so useful back then  -thks tie around they made a better case and it saved Sheriff's bacon (and us longs) as they had been covering up (no other way to describe it) the cost of development at 3 Aces which they dropped like a ton of bricks when BC was given the OK. Transparency is not their strength. 

As for this go -round, they have a lot to prove.  Raising $35m US is going to remind a lot of people about the Red Kite $35m USD loan that ended badly. If they raise it, they better execute.
