RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:FYI

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:FYIUsed to have a ton of Pure Industrial but sadly got bought out by Blackstone who has been targeting some of my holdings (Dream Global also).

Have Dream Industrial (I have confidence in their expansion in Europe since its the same team from Dream Global who came over) and also in US (where CEO Paul is based). Slightly more exposure to Alberta than I like but have been diversifying and we should see more acquisitions in Europe where the borrowing cost is lower and cap rates are higher.

Trapping Value has an article out on SA yesterday which you can read. TV is one of the better analysts there in my opinion.

Have Granite REIT - low leverage. Most stable I would think unless we are in a full recession where no one is safe. They just bought back around 120K+ units at the very lows (around $500M).

Also have WPT Industrial - been trading this on and off - they bought a big chunk of Pure Industrial's US portfolio recently. The subscription which was oversubscribed and brokerages took their over allotment got done today. So deal should have closed or closing soon and the cash flow will start shortly it not started already.

PROLOGIS and STAG Industrial are two names in the US. You can also look at COLD (cold storages).
