RE:publicity revenues ?

This is a GIFT of a marketcap we are at currently. I'm loading the boat. 230M For a company who has over 290M Book value and only growing? Why do people think its going to take a big Covid hit, the MOST it can possibly lose in RMR is not more than 1M for the quarter. Which is peanuts.

I think shorts are coming out and people are panic selling/trying to chase gains south of the boarder.

I literally have NO idea why this is being oversold so bad. I mean I have never seen this before.
