RE:RE:RE:RE:CREDITOR CLAIMS
RE:RE:RE:RE:CREDITOR CLAIMSTaN was it a mistake (from retail investors perspective) to dump GB / Pallinghurst sole bidder status? And do you think retail will be stitched up (or out manouvered if you want to put it mildly) by the Chairman / Minster Fitzgibbon JV?
For me, the most recent comments by the Minister were not constructive or beneficial to the process and I still cannot find any evidence of whether the Charmans past exploits in restructuring were beneficial to existing retail shareholders at Quebecor / World Color Press?

The good news is that there are parties interested in submitting a proposal. Whether that actually happens and whether, if so, the proposals make any sense remains to be seen. I expect very soon to be looking into the financing situation more closely, but that will mean that I will be 100% incommunicado on the subject from that time forward. Still, I would prefer to be helping promote the project from behind the scenes to fretting about it here. Time will tell what happens, but it is simply wrong to say, at this time, that all is lost. The odds may not be great, but we simply don't yet know.
