Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The Anti-Cancer Therapy division develops patented, and patent pending drugs, called Photo Dynamic Compounds (PDCs) and activates them with patent pending laser technology to destroy specifically targeted cancers, bacteria and viruses. The CLT division is responsible for the Company’s medical laser business. The Cool Laser Therapy division designs, develops, manufactures and markets super-pulsed laser technology indicated for the healing of chronic knee pain. The technology has been used off-label for healing numerous nerve, muscle and joint conditions. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

That in 2017 was paid for with existing monies.. then we got June 28/2018 the 4.5m grant to further this research into indications to get our pipeline to Phase 1 ready state

Anatomically our dosimeter hardware/software... measuring light.. absolutely for Throat/Esophagus... Colon... Cervical.... those are the 'easier' indications

We all understand GBM is the 'tough' nut to crack :-) but even now.. should be done

LUNG Sept 2019 with the SPIE conference, our scientists talked about the periphral lung tumours and Ive been saying our 'row-boat' at 41 scadding can and should JV with a medtronic.. as that company is trying to use 'heat' in its Thermo-Ablation study... there are limitations with using heat.. Medtronic is global, and has the liquid assets to offer us a big JV up front that dwarfs the deal I posted 65m upfront and 60m post fda approval..

Our Phase 2 trial.. Theralase switched to quarterly NR's.. why? because it thinks itself a big pharma? WHAT? Roger in 2014 talked about at cambridge.. partnering with Big Pharma... Phase 1= 160m Phase 2 = 360m and Phase 3 900-1b..

We're a small micro biotech.. needing that initial dataset.. and to show efficacy..... we have early stoppage for safety.. so the market can extrapolate that with a smaller sample on initial data.. that the treatment works... that's why the bladder is a 'non-systemic' indication and a perfect 'model' organ to usher in Photodynamics back into mainstream Oncology .

Right now we have 6 patients with 2 that have 2nd treatments...... Id love to know where Cohort A stands..... let patients 7-12 be COHORT B

Theralase needs to get shareholders some pps valuation and not be jerks.. 2014-2019 has brought ZERO new wealth.. while everyother play including corona has profits..

This board will soon go 'summer doldrums' mode after the this upcoming quarterly..
