What will be cut is the crude by rail volumes, that will take 400,000 barrels per day off the market in the US. Obviously if pipeline fills were contracted it would be bad news for IPL. I suspect on their conventional pipeline, we might see some reduced volumes but nothing too major.

I suspect most of the damage will be down in the Gulf Coast where majority of shale lands.
