RE:RE:RE:Re: XTR

Let's see how's that working out for you? 2 days after the vast majority of shareholders  voted to keep the board set a three (was a reason) an emergency board meeting and passed a resolution to increase the board size and nominated Lynch why?? Global had their attorneys at the AGM and presented their slate and when they found out that they were way short they voted for the 3 nominees but voted against the Auditors and voted against keeping the board at three. In a seperate meeting nominated Paul Blunden as President why? Their next move was to ratify the proposal presented by Global over the proposal presented by the investment group and former officers and directors which was agreed to by all parties in the non binding term sheet Why? Why did Hack resign afterwards?

so you want to see how they do? Is the stock trading? Is the audit started? Their actions resulted in CVR Med being now bring controlled by former Global guys and remember it was Global who was in charge of the FDA how'd that work out?  It was the common control, related party issues and conflicts of interest with Global that has resulted in the current state yet you think they have finally had a come to Jesus moment?

I see how it's working out as does the street, the bankers and if you think the Exchange is going to just cave and give in none of what they are proposing satisfies the issues the Exchange has and as far as some of you who continue to think all of this is immenently being fixed how's that working?
