I'd take a slight issue with that Looney.  I think we knew Blunden was back stabbing git as well as being an utterly useless Bakema disciple.  What we hadn't realised that Bendick was equally so.  Prior to him 'leaving' Global he stuck in an invoice of $200,000 for his 'services' which apparently forms part of the $4m that Global owes and Medical is supposed to pay.  

Anyway Bendick together with Blunden our voted Dallas Hack to increase the board to 4 and to vote in Lynch.  The latter's only qualifications for this role appear to be Bakema is currently lodging with him and he acted as Bakema's private pilot in the last couple of years whilst that reptile was flying here there and everywhere at our expense.  What does a guy whose background appears to be Florida real estate have any business being on the board of a medical device company.  I'm sure ICT and OldMule who are more in the know that I can either confirm or contradict what I've just said.

Of course XTR is either too stupid or too disingenuous to admit this.  Either that or he hasn't the faintest clue what's going on.  Personally, I'll be deilighted if someone steps up and sues Bakema and Blunden and if Lynch and Bendick get roped into as well, so much the better.

Apart from the slight degree of divergence I agree with you of course.
