UEX December 31 2009 VS April 1, 2020

UEX December 31 2009 VS April 1, 2020Outstanding shares at the end of 2009 for UEX are 197,162,652 according to the 2009 Annual Report vs about 394 Million or 421 M fully diluted in 2020. So about double the shares in 11 years. That is not that bad a dilution considering what has happened over the past 11 years.

Trading volume was VERY light in the early fall of 2010 - less than a Million shares traded per week. Share price was at about 0.85 per. But then around mid September 2010 volumes traded started to really gain and expanded by a lot to 2 - 4 Million shares traded per week in OCtober and November of 2010 - Why ? Anybody ?

Share price tripled in 2 months from end of September to end of November 2010 and rose as high as $ 2.47 per share. With the above 197 Million meant a market cap of just under $ 0.5 Billion Dollars. UEX was worth about a half Billion dollars at that time in late 2010.

Now at that time - nobody and I mean nobody- nobody - foresaw March of 2011 and a little wave that destroyed a Nuclear Power Plant in FUKU Japan.

UEX Share price stayed mostly above $ 2.00 per share from late November 2010 to THE EVENT in March of 2011. Then volume exploded to over 17 Million shares the week of March 19, 2011 as everbody or least many many bailed on Nuclear - the world is over etc. UEX and the whole Uranium sector cratered - in October of 2011 UEX was down to mid $ 0.50's, per share. And the rest is history from 2011 to now in 2020.

How many BOUGHT in the $ 2.00 + range in late 2010 and are still sitting on these shares ? Painful I bet with the current picture. But light is now at the end of the long tunnel.

This week and the coming weeks will see some more activity for sure and the U boat will rise. UEX has so many more assets now than in late 2009 and the UEX run to $ 2.00 in late 2010. Which means $ 1.00 per if one uses a direct correlation with the 2009 share float. And we are not even talking about the 2005 to 2007 Uranium frenzy that some experienced life changing increased wealth including Mr RR and Mr. MK. So $ 3 - 4 is not crazy looking into the futures crystal ball.

The world needs power. The word Nuclear and Uranium has now been in the news a bit more than the past. We shall see but will be a great show to watch and be part of.
