Canadian Operations segment includes the exploration for, development of, and production of oil, NGLs, natural gas and other activities within Canada. Market Optimization segment is primarily responsible for the sale of the Company’s production to third-party customers and enhancing the associated netback price. The segment’s activities also include third-party purchases and sales of product to provide operational flexibility.

C'mon Just because they crossed the border means little when it comes to where they have business dealing and customers. all those things were well establish long before changing head office and were the reason for the move. This just might give them the edge because they were already anticipating and working on the move of operations that would have them ready for quick adaptations.
