We still don't know the cost of the biomass. We also don't know how long the plant was shut down due to Ed II being upgraded. There are too many unknowns to suggest that rti overpaid. I will agree that on the surface it looks a bit messed up but the only way we can know for sure is to see the contracts and that will never happen. One thing I know for sure, next quarters revenues will be fun to see. Even if there is no profit lol.
