To add insult to injury, they're still building plastic plant when there's no way its gonna be profitable in current market environment.

Unlike PPL, IPL is falling into sunk cost fallacy and keep pouring money into dead project

if heartland was cancelled, there wouldnt be need to cut dividend by that much
