RE:Whats the long term/short term thinking
I would consider selling this week, Sawtooth. I got out on the last promise in 2019, above 20. Even reading this, this morning, no regrets.
...
The way I read that news release is, Mr. Hussain has leveraged a controlling stake in NKW (the board) and is looking to liquidate his holding in one form or another. He has promised three different scenarios now, over the last several years. All things considered, nothing has changed.
...
1. Mr. Hussain has leveraged the largest stake?
2. The company has demonstrated they do not have nor desire the ability to operate as a traditional company, seeking out growth in the very industry they claim to excel at. Why is that?
3. Mr. Hussain recovers his investment as his primary stake is under, correct me If I’m mistaken, 12-14 cents? With the last rounds being at 7 cents.
4. Mr. Hussain made a claim years ago that he would take this role on, while receiving no salary from the company. Truly impressive, except he has been rewarded shares, every quarter now? When those shares are cashed in, is that not a deferred salary?
...
In closing, you decide if you trust his agenda. But remember, yet again, three years in a row now, they have “entered into an agreement” again. While cancelling the last couple.
...
Do you own DD though, I would hate for you to sell on my personal experience and or views of the company’s decisions in this very tuff market? In all fairness to Mr. Hussain, he presented a solid foundation to progress this company. But in my view, not on our behalf. Selling it, is not progressing it, that’s recovering your investment.
