RE:Only 20 percent?Management and board are shareholders as well, and are taking part in the 72% cut, in addition to share price declines. At least they did agree to salary cuts. Could they take deeper salary cuts? I suppose, we shall see as things progress.

Hopefully, dividends from IPL are not your sole source of income. There's plenty of pain to go around in multiple sectors, but especially oil.
