RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Cheap REITI agree with you on every level. To bring perspective I like to think that if you owned a 500K house on February 26, 2020 would you up and sell it for 200K today? Clearly there could be some short-term rent issues, however Boardwalk is well versed in this environment and know how to manage the situation to maximize long term shareholder value.  As well if you couldn't afford to move out and buy a house before the whole Wuhan Flu there is no way you are going to be able to in the near future once the whole pandemic subsides.
