RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Can't Believe We're Under a Buck???Interesting theory Swapper. Why doesn't Bausch just buy us out with a share swap arrangement. 1 Bausch share for 10 Cipher shares. It would add  a couple of million shares to the hundreds of million shares they have outstanding and at 22 bucks would give Cipher shareholders a fair price for there shares.
