Phillip Gross is doing what his client asked him to do. Push court to go for liquidation. So he will mention any bad points and make them the basis of his affidavit. Going to PURE facility at 2 pm on one day and not finding staff doesn't mean they are not operational. This business is a grow up. You don't have to sit beside the plants while they are growing. They would work shifts, so sometimes there won't be anyone in the facility on a working day but there would be some ppl working on the weekend. Anyway I'm not here to defend the cra*py Mel but I just know that they are operational and the plants are growing nicely. On the other hand he is right about the extraction machine, it is not operational but it is there in the facility. Getting it operational is the responsibility of our genius Mel. The only way this company can survive is if Mel is out otherwise the directors including Mel will have their as*es sued by employees and investors.
