they can't allocate the full cash amount to the shareholders, they need to keep some cash, I am assuming they'll deploy 60% of the $120M or $72M.
If they buy 30M shares that reduces the total shares from 120M to 90M, significant but not that significant. No one is looking at the EPS everyone is looking at growth, debts and cash.
The bottom line is WI-LAN need this APPLE deal to close positively and life will change a bit.
