Unfortunately, Heritage (along with several other Canadian LPs) is at the mercy of Health Canada, still awaiting their final license for the facility in Ontario. Once the license is granted, they can start using their two new extraction machines and ramp up their production.

I don't know if COVID is affecting Health Canada's inspection team, whether there will be additional delays in receiving the license. On the plus side, the whole industry may be eligible to receive some of the federal bailout funds, so here's hoping for an injection of cash into this industry which is on life support...

Just my opinion, of course, and I may be completely wrong regarding the details of CANN's licensing problems. Please someone correct me if I am
