Agreed whaler. I would prefer A div increase. would support a higher SP. I'd rather see a $1-2 SP increase than a one time payout. More sustainable.

Plus, regardless of what they say for now, you never know what deals lie around the corner. Higher sp would also benefit any financing for any potential deal.
