Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act

Companies' Creditors Arrangement ActI see there are lots of arguments here, however, lots of them can actually be solved by reading this government of Canada link regarding to the act - https://www.ic.gc.ca/eic/site/bsf-osb.nsf/eng/br02284.html#toc1

Canntrust is not completly out yet, but quite close. It's pretty much in a coma and on life support.

Also, they might apply for the extension far exceed 30 days as "the Court can be asked to grant an extension of the stay. There is no time limit on how long a stay can be extended."

So after the "stay", Canntrust does have a slim chance to wake up healthy and smiling, however, it also has a huge chance to come out of the coma brain dead (took over by creditor / liquidated)
