I am not sure why management can not find company to buy?

AgJunction Inc. (AJX.TO), they have $17. 2 million US cash on hand with revenue of $50 million

Electrovaya Inc. (EFL.TO), the have only $0.2 million US cash on hand with revenue of abotu $10 million
