Delay in Filing

Delay in Filing This is actually not that surprising given all the covid delays. I am sure the auditors are just busy and need more time to get it done. 

I emailed managment and got a quick response.

Delayed filings have nothing to do with finances (see OSC Instrument 25-502 "Temporary exemption from certain reporting requirements for Regulated Entities carrying on business in Ontario”.  Took auditors a few days longer to get all their work done

I do not think insiders would have just bought 100;s of thousands of shares if things were bad.
