If the common shares trade well about the $2.00 range it means that people
have a lot of confidence in the company's direction. It also means that the company will
also receive a few million $ more in financing from these warrant holder to move ahead.
If it does not trade well above $2.00 with heavy volume in the next few days/weeks then
the company plans are in question - they may then opt to do another financing (if needed)
if they feel the market is wrong by not buying the shares at $2.00.
