RE:well speedyI went through the recession in 2008 and if you think a 80k loss is big then I wont mentioned the losses took back then. I always think back to if I would have held back then instead of selling everything. I started buying oil and gas in 2014 when northern Alberta was handed their walking papers along with myself. I believed we hit a low and it's never recovered. So again I took a new mentality of hold for long term and itll come back one day. You tend to play stocks in the field that you work or know best and spending time in northern Albert as a operator you think you know and talk to others working in other plants and believe you have your finger on the pulse but there is no rationality in this game. Your either on the right side when sectors explode for better or worse. Just when you think you've spent 40 hrs researching a company and believe it cant fail it fails. I've been trading stock for for 20 years and do not think I have met anyone that's ahead in this game. I have coached my kids never to enter this roulette table and stick to realestate. If I would have listen to my own advice or had that advice I would have been retried long ago. I now work in health care so work is very steady and we can hardly keep up. So although I've taken my losses in life I try to educate all the young operators and family members never to touch this losing game
