1.3M stock options for Jan after SH lost 90% SP. Why not
600K stock options for Brian Groch. What is he paid for right now btw? watching his paycheck get deposited every week?

I'll stop the list right there. So basically management says they are in blackout and cannot buy stock for themselves. However when time comes for the freebies, then there's no issue at all with that. They withold important information from the SH, driving the SP down just to get cheaper options. That's disgusting.

I have no issues with the stock options, if they would have cut salaries first... Now they just double dipping.
