What is the NEX exchange???

What is the NEX exchange???Is this where stocks go to die? Never even heard of this. At least they allowed trading again todat. I thought for sure it was halted forever like the Deep Dive Article stated. Anyone know if the plant JWC2 is even operating or did they can everyone today and tell them to go home??? I heard it was their 1 year anniversary today. Happy birthday bagholders!!!!
