RE:Oroco Announces Disclosure Deficiencies With Respect to the

RE:Oroco Announces Disclosure Deficiencies With Respect to the As I read it it seems the regulator is taking issue not with the substance of the disclose but with the fact that "with regard to the Historical Resource Estimate each time it is disclosed" there must be "all information and cautionary language required by the Instrument with regard to the Historic Resource Estimates and it may not have been present in each place it needed to be." It's similar to the Exchange's review, when they asked for the insertion of the word "historical" in a few more places. So, look for a revised Tech Report with the insertion of the cautionary language in a bunch more places.

The use of the word "ore" seems to mirror that use of the word in the Bateman report (an advanced economic study I'll note) and the one reference to an Eq grade in the deck, well, ya, strictly speaking probably not allowed under NI 43-101, but it seems to be an accurate number when I look at the Au and Ag figures in the Bateman report.

Projects with as much advanced past work as ST don't come along often, and it that history together with that makes it a special opportunity. Thanks, BCSC, for the reminder.
