RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:NAVs Meaningless in Current Reit EnvironmentThere is no chance that BAM  will privatize BPY. This is one of the key pillars underneath the BAM org chart.

These art tough times indeed but they have the experience, clout, expertise, and cash to turn this downturn into a opportunity.

 Now would be an ideal time to do a Dutch auction. The one BPY did last year was poorly timed. You want to do these when your stock gets wacked and more importantly at a level well below NAV. Set the limits low and shareholders who decide to hang on will reap great rewards in the long term.

The Management team has been thru crisis before.

and those whiners that don't feel they should gave to pay rent- I say toss them out. If you don't have cash set aside in retained earnings for at least three months then your just a poor business person.
