Unfortunately Beleave has failed to meet its basic disclsoure obligations and I am in a position to gather public information that may not be obvious to other people. I don't feel ethical trading with such an information imbalance. Ideally Beelave would be fulfilling its obligation and I could just dump and keep my mouth shut. I relaize Stockhouse isn't neccessarily the best forum, but short of issuing a news release I am at a loss and it eases my conscience enough to sell.
